Welcome Vendors!

Join us as a vendor for Harvest Fest-Hillarity 2024!

This annual festival has been around since 1993 and attracts visitors from near and far.

 

Harvest Fest will run from Noon until 9pm on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

We can accommodate approximately 100 vendors that include home crafts to food trucks to large businesses.

Vendors are accepted and assigned space on a first come, first served basis.

​

We offer something for everyone from live music to kid’s
activities to a donut eating contest and so much more! Admission and parking are free.

​

Electricity

We supply only 110V electricity. All vendors requiring electricity will be contacted prior to HILLarity to verify needs. Please click HERE for more information.

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 7TH WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $50. ABSOLUTELY NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER OCTOBER 15.

The City of Chester Requires a Peddler's License ($25) or Standard Business License (based on expected annual revenue).

Completed forms should be emailed to Brandi Abercrombie babercrombie@chester.sc.gov. You may also send via regular mail to the address listed on the form.
