
City of Chester Vendor Requirements
In order to participate in any City of Chester event you must obtain a peddler's or business license
INSTRUCTIONS TO SIGN UP AS A VENDOR.

1. Fill out the 3-day Peddler's License Application or the Business License.

2. Email the application to babercrombie@chester.sc.gov
​
3. If you fill out the Business License the amount due will be calculated based on the answers within your application. Brandi Ambercrombie will let you know what this total is and you will be able to submit payment.

4. For Peddler's License submit the payment of $25.00 by selecting the MISCELLANEOUS payment option

5. Next fill out the Vendor Form
​
and fill out the Vendor Application. Payments are accepted via VENMO:@ChesterDowntownDevelopment, Cash app:$CDDA1785, PayPal:cddainfo@yahoo.com, or Check/Money Order: PO BOX 761, Chester, SC 29706.

******Please note that if you are a Food Truck etc. You will need to have clearance from the Fire Department. Please Contact Ka’Nya Givens at 803-385-2123 to get inspected Monday - Friday before 5pm EST.
