City of Chester Vendor Requirements

In order to participate in any City of Chester event you must obtain a peddler's or business license

INSTRUCTIONS TO SIGN UP AS A VENDOR.

​

1. Fill out the 3-day Peddler's License Application or the Business License.  

​

2. Email the application to kwtobias@chester.sc.gov

​

3. If you fill out the Business License the amount due will be calculated based on the answers within your application.

4. For Peddler's License submit the payment of $25.00 by selecting the MISCELLANEOUS payment option

******Please note that if you are a Food Truck etc. You will need to have clearance from the Fire Department. Please Contact Ka’Nya Givens at 803-385-2123 to get inspected Monday - Friday before 5pm EST.  The Fire Department will also elect to do inspections on-site for those that are unable to come in for an inspection prior to the event
