Every year in October we open up the streets of Historic Downtown Chester for much looked forward to event, Hillarity.  The festival is usually held on the third weekend of October. We start bright and early on Saturday morning to make sure we have enough time for all the fun.  Food trucks with funnel cakes & other fair favorites line the streets.  Make sure to check out our local vendors selling all sorts of goods. This event is definitely kid friendly - we have bounce houses, face painting, games & more! A car show, donut eating contest, bingo, live music and so much more are a few other things that make this event so much fun!

 

Sunday we start off with food trucks and craft vendors from the day before and we have  Gospel singing on top the Hill
